Questions 6 - 9 have to do with our on-site needs - if you don't have a definite answer, please type "TBD" and we will help you so we can make sure we have everything we need when we arrive. If we don't have Electric, Water, and a safe area for the foam we will not be able to make your foam zone happen on the day of.

9) What is the parking/loading situation for your Foam Expert (keep in mind they must unload as close to your venue as possible for their health and safety)?

12) Insurance/Paperwork requirements (If you don’t know this yet don’t worry, we can figure it out as we go):

Note: all standard forms are included at no charge, but there are a couple that are less common that are very occasionally required. If you will require those we do have to charge an additional fee (the exact amount our insurance charges) to draw up the document. If you’d like to check this in advance, ask your contact if they will require their name on a Waiver of Subrogation or Primary Non-Contributory Endorsement. Again, these are not common requests, but if they are requested we must charge an additional fee of $100 each to have them drawn up.
